Congratulations to the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) and former Vice-President Al Gore jointly sharing the Noble Peace Prize for fighting Global Warming!

And congratulations to Devra Davis, PhD, MPH, for her work as a Lead Author, from 1998- 2002, with the IPCC. The former vice-president said he was "deeply honored" by the award, and it was "even more significant" that he was sharing it with the IPCC (a distinguished scientific organization), an organization which has worked for years on the issue of global warming.
